Four Men Arrested In Co Limerick Criminal Activity Operation
Four men have been arrested in Co Limerick as part of an ongoing operation into criminal activity.
The arrests were made following searches at properties in the Pallasgreen area of Co Limerick. The men are all in their 20's and are detained at Henry St., Mayorstone and Bruff Garda stations under the provisions of Section 50 of Criminal Justice Act 2007.
All three can be held up to seven days by Garda without charge.
The operation involved Gardai from the Regional Support Unit, District Detective unit in Limerick City and by Gardai from Bruff District.
Garda said that their investigations are continuing.

Investigation Launched Following Bone Discovery In Co Clare
An investigation has been launched following the discovery of a bone in Co Clare. A bone was found on Thursday, 22 September, on the Shannon riverbank at Doonass, Clonlara, on the Clare-Limerick border. Gardaí were called to the scene and are understood to have examined and photographed the scene before the bone was removed.

Man Dies In Limerick Collision
A man has died in a crash in Co Limerick. The car veered off the road and hit a ditch at Dromsallagh at around 4.15am on Sunday, 05 June. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. A second man is currently being treated for his injuries at the University Hospital Limerick. The road has been re-opened.

Searches Launched Across Limerick City
Up to 20 searches are being carried out across Limerick City this morning, 26 April, as part of an operation targeting criminal activity. Gardaí launched the operation in the early hours of Tuesday morning and the operation is ongoing. One man, aged in his 20s, has been arrested under the provisions of Section 4 – Criminal Justice Act 1984.
