Man Dies Following Serious Assault In Dublin
A man has died after being seriously assaulted in Dublin.
The attack happened in the Avonbeg Gardens area at around 5.30pm on Thursday.
The victim was taken to Tallaght Hospital, however he was pronounced dead a short time later.
No arrests have been made.
Gardai are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Man Dies Following Alleged Dublin Assault
A man has died following an alleged serious assault in Dublin over the weekend. Vincent Pearsons, aged 34, was discovered with head-injuries by passers-by in the Killinarden estate area of Tallaght on Saturday night, 24 August. It is understood he was injured during an incident at a nearby public house where he had been socialising.

Gardaí are investigating a burglary in Rialto in Dublin that left a 69-year-old man with a serious head injury. According to garda, emergency services found the elderly man lying on the ground at around 1.30am on Thursday morning. He is being treated at St James's Hospital where his condition is described as serious but not life-threatening.
