Pensioner Dies In Co Donegal Road Crash
A pensioner has died in a two-vehicle road crash in Co Donegal on Sunday night.
The 70-year-old man was killed after the SUV he was driving collided with a jeep on the N15 at Drumcroil.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was taken to Sligo General Hospital.
Two women and a man who were also travelling in the SUV were also seriously injured, however they are not believed to be life threatening.
The driver and passenger in the jeep were treated for minor injuries.
The N15 is closed and diversions are in place.
Garda are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

A man has died in a road crash in Waterford. The collision, between a truck and a car, happened on the N25 just after Kilmacthomas at around 7.50am on Tuesday, 10 May. The man, aged in his late 20's, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the truck did not require medical attention.

An Irish man has been killed in a hit-and-run traffic incident while on holiday in Florida. Police in North Lauderdale have said a 41-year-old man died after he was hit by a BMW SUV. He and two Irish friends had just left a bar and were on their way back to the hotel early yesterday morning, when the man was hit while crossing a street.
