Woman Killed In Road Traffic Collision
A woman has died in a road traffic collision in Co Galway.
The incident happened on the Oranmore to Craughwell road yesterday 6 July at around 4:20pm.
The victim, who was in her fifties, was fatally injured when the car she was driving collided with another vehicle, approximately 3 kilometres from Craughwell.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The three occupants of the other car were taken to University Hospital Galway with non life threatening injuries.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses.

Woman Killed In Galway Collision
A woman has died in a road collision in County Galway on Wednesday evening. Gardai in Carraroe said they are investigating the fatal collision, which occurred on the R336 at Baile na hAbhann at approximately 6pm. The female pedestrian in her 40’s was fatally injured when she was struck by a car.

Woman Dies In Galway Collision
A woman has died following a road traffic collision in County Galway at around 9.40am this morning. The woman, in her 50s, was struck by a car at a junction in Claregalway and the N17 has been closed to traffic from Calregalway to Corinthians Rugby Club and traffic diversions are in place.

Teen Dies In Road Accident
A teenager has died after she was struck by a car while she was out for a walk with a pal in Galway on Wednesday night. The accident occurred at around 9.45pm in Ros a' Mhíl. The 15-year-old girl was taken to University College Hospital in Galway, where she was later pronounced dead. Her friend and the driver of the car were not injured.
