100 Jobs Announced For Park West

One hundred new jobs have been created in Park West by Allianz Worldwide Care.

The announcement has been welcomed by Fine Gael Dublin South Central TD, Catherine Byrne, who said: "The announcement by Allianz Worldwide Care of 100 new jobs at their Park West base is great news for the surrounding areas of Cherry Orchard, Clondalkin, Ballyfermot and Ballymount.

"Allianz has been a great employer in Park West with a staff of 700 already working there. They created 74 new jobs already this year and the announcement now of 100 extra jobs is very welcome.

"Job creation always has a positive knock on effect for the local community with local businesses benefitting from the newly employed people in the area having more money in their pockets."

She added: "These are not casual jobs. The new staff employed at Allianz at Park West will benefit from training and development to further their careers."
