Two Men Killed In Co Louth Road Collision
Two men have died in a road accident in County Louth at around 1.30am on Thursday morning.
One man was pronounced dead at the scene and the other man was taken tio hospital where he died a short time later.
The vehicle they were in struck a bridge and a tree on the N2 between Ardee and Conlon.
The road has been closed for a technical examination.
Gardai are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to a fatal road traffic collision in Dundalk on Thursday, 10 December. A 69-year-old man died in hospital following the collision on the Inner Relief Road in Dundalk at about 17:00, garda have reported. It is understood the man was driving a car that was involved in a collision with a bus.

Man Dies In Limerick Collision
A man has died in a crash in Co Limerick. The car veered off the road and hit a ditch at Dromsallagh at around 4.15am on Sunday, 05 June. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. A second man is currently being treated for his injuries at the University Hospital Limerick. The road has been re-opened.

A 62-year-old man died when the car he was a passenger in left the road on the M50 at about 12:45am between Junction 10 Ballymount and Junction 11 Tallaght. The 60-year-old female driver is in a critical condition in Tallaght Hospital.

Man Killed In Road Traffic Collision
A man has been killed in a road traffic accident this morning which occurred at New Street, Killaloe. The car veered off the road and collided with a pole at approximately 9.30am. The 83-year-old male driver died at the scene and has been removed to Limerick Regional Hospital.
