Arrest Made In Co Kerry Father And Son Stabbing Investigation

Gardaí investigating a stabbing incident in Co Kerry in which a father and son were injured have made an arrest.

In the incident a 47-year-old man and his 17-year-old son suffered minor stab wounds after interrupting a man suspected of trying to break into their car.

The attack happened early on Tuesday morning on Woodbrook Lawn.

Gardaí have confirmed they have arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with the incident.

He is being held at Tralee Garda Station.

Man Dies In Stabbing Incident
A 30-year-old has died and a second man has been injured in a stabbing incident in Tullamore, Co Offaly, shortly after 7am this morning. It is believed there had been an argument in a house in the area and a Polish man was killed. The other man's injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Gardaí Arrest Two After Fatal Meath Stabbing
A 25-year-old man has died and two have been arrested after a stabbing incident in Co Meath. The incident happened early this morning at the house in Rathmolyon. Gardaí discovered the victim at about 1am before he was taken to Connolly Memorial hospital in Blanchardstown, Dublin, where he died in the early hours of the morning.

Arrest Made Following Dublin City Knife Attacks
A man has been arrested in connection with two stabbing and an assault in Dublin city centre around 01:00 on Tuesday morning. It is understood that a 31-year-old man was found with stab wounds on Grafton Street. Gardaí were then called to another incident on Chatham Row in which a 35-year-old man was stabbed and a 22-year-old woman was assaulted.

Gardaí Arrest Three 'Tiger Kidnap' Suspects
Three men have been arrested this morning in connection with a tiger-kidnapping incident in Dublin. Gardaí investigating the robbery last night carried out an intelligence led operation, which resulted in the arrest of three males aged 23, 38 and 70-years-old.
