High Court To Hear Brooks Injunction Application On Thursday

The High Court will hear an application on Thursday, which seeks to block any Garth Brooks shows from taking place at Croke Park.

The action has been taken by a Croke Park resident, named as Brian Duff, against Aiken Promotions and Croke Park and is seeking an injunction against the shows granted a licence to run on 25, 26 and 27 July.

It is understood that Mr Duff, of North Cumberland Street, is seeking the injunction over fears of anti-social behaviour.
