Rhino Horn Stolen From Michael Flatley's Mansion

A rhino horn has been stolen from the Castle Hyde home of 'Lord of the Dance' star, Michael Flatley.

According to Gardaí, Mr Flatley and his family were in their home when the raiders broke in at around 7pm on Monday. The family raised the alarm when they realised what was happening.

It is thought that the thieves broke into the property to target the rhino horn specifically, as they bypassed a number of other valuable items, making off with just the horn.

The horn is understood to be worth an estimated €200,000 on the black market.

Gardaí in Co Cork are now hunting for the thieves, who had escaped before officers arrived at the mansion.
