Ireland's Largest Trade Show Open At RDS

Ireland's largest international trade fair, Showcase, is underway in Dublin's RDS arena.

Now in its 38th some 26 countries are using the event to showcase their trades, with organisers estimating sales in excess of €20 million during the four day show.

Ireland is exhibiting over 430 designers, manufacturers and craft makers, showcasing thousands of products.

70 Confirmed Cases Of Covid-19 In Ireland
There have been 27 new confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Ireland, bringing the total number of cases to 70, according to the Health Protection Surveillance Centre (HPSC). 22 cases are associated with local transmission, two are associated with community transmission and three are associated with travel.

Taoiseach Completes European Trade Mission
Taoiseach Enda Kenny has completed a European trade mission to The Netherlands and Germany, it has been announced. A total of 17 contracts valued at approximately €57 million were signed by Irish companies over the course of the trip.

South African Trade Enters New Phase
