Man Charged Over Murder In The Phoenix Park
A man, 27, has appeared in court charged with the murder of Gerard Donnelly in the Phoenix Park on Friday.
Mr Donnelly is believed to have been burned to death and he also had a fractured skull.
Ciaran Moran the accused has been remanded in custody.
Meanwhile, a 17-year-old has also been arrested in connection with the murder. She is currently being held at Blanchardstown Garda Station.

Man Arrested In Connection With The Murder Of Gerard Donnelly
A man, aged 20, has been arrested in connection with the murder of Gerard Donnelly. Mr Donnelly's body was discovered badly burned in Dublin last year. He was found near the Wellington monument in the Phoenix Park in November. The man is being held at Finglas Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

Govt Urged To Proceed With Abortion Legislation Before Summer Recess
Fianna Fáil have called on the government to proceed with abortion legislation ahead of the Dáil's summer recess. Party spokesperson on Health, Stephen Donnelly, said the legislation should be debated, second stage passed and the Bill should be handed over to committee before the summer break.

The Central Criminal Court heard today that a 52-year-old man shot another man as he sat on a sofa in his apartment watching a film. Edward Flannigan was found shot dead at Peter Donnelly's apartment on 16 June 2011.
