Appeal Issued For Missing Athy Man
Gardaí have issued an appeal for help in tracing 28-year-old Darren Kirwan, who has been missing from his Kildare home for a week.
Mr Kirwan, from Athy, was last seen on Wednesday 20 November.
He is described as being 5'8" tall, with brown eyes and brown hair.
He was wearing brown cords, a red fleece jacket and a navy coat when he was last seen.
Gardaí said Mr Kirwan is known to visit Knock in Co Mayo.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Athy Garda Station on 059-8634210 or any garda station.

Public Appeal After Third Confirmed Case Of Measles In Ireland
The Public Health Agency (PHA) has announced that it has been made aware of a third confirmed case of measles in the Republic of Ireland. It is understood that the case was confirmed in a resident of Ireland who had arrived back in the country from Abu Dhabi on Saturday 9 March 2024.

Gardaí in Co Kildare have appealed for help in tracing 14-year-old Teigan Mellor, who was last seen at about 13:30 on Tuesday. The teenager is described as 5'3", of thin build, with green/hazel eyes and jet black hair. She was last seen leaving her home at Fontstown in Athy.

Gardaí have appealed for help in tracing 33-year-old Michael Anesu Nhema, who has been missing from his Co Kildare home last Tuesday. The Zimbabwe-native was last seen at about 9am on Tuesday 14 April at Branswood in Athy. He is believed to be driving a black Audi A4 with a partial registration of 131 D.
