Man Critically Injured In Baseball Bat Attack Dies In Hospital
A man beaten with a baseball bat during an attack on October 10, in Swords, has died in hospital.
Gardaí have reported that Taiwo Jamani (45) died in hospital just over a month after the attack that left him critically injured.
A 37-year-old man, Jooba Akanbi, of Applewood, Swords, has been charged in connection with the attack.
Gardaí also renewed their appeal for witnesses to the attack, which happened at around 12:20pm on October 10, to contact them on 01-6664700.

Cyclist Killed In Motorway Crash
A cyclist has been killed after being struck by a car on the M1 motorway. The incident happened at around 5pm on Sunday, between junctions three and four of the M1, near Swords, Co Dublin. It is understood the victim, a man aged 50, was taken to Beaumont Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The coroner has been notified.

Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to a fatal road traffic collision in Dundalk on Thursday, 10 December. A 69-year-old man died in hospital following the collision on the Inner Relief Road in Dundalk at about 17:00, garda have reported. It is understood the man was driving a car that was involved in a collision with a bus.

Man Dies In Limerick Collision
A man has died in a crash in Co Limerick. The car veered off the road and hit a ditch at Dromsallagh at around 4.15am on Sunday, 05 June. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. A second man is currently being treated for his injuries at the University Hospital Limerick. The road has been re-opened.

A man, 21, has been shot in Dublin in the early hours of Wednesday morning. The attack happened at Slieve Bloom Park in Driminagh at around 5.10am. The man is being treated for injuries to his leg at St James' Hospital. Gardai are appealing to witnesses to contact them.

A man has been injured in a serious attack in Dublin. It happened in Kearn's Place at around 2am this morning. The victim, believed to be in his 30s, was slashed across the face. He is currently at St James's Hospital, where his injuries are being described as "superficial".
