Woman Dies In Co Meath Road Crash
A woman has died in a road accident in Navan, Co Meath.
A car and a moped crashed at Kilberry and the female driver of the moped, in her early 50s, was fatally injured.
The collision occurred at around 9.30pm on Thursday night.
The female driver of the car was not injured.
The road has since been reopened.
Gardai are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Man Dies In Overnight Road Crash
A man has died when his car collided with a van on the Rathbeale road in Swords, Dublin, around 02.30am on Wednesday morning. The man in his 40s was a passenger in the van. He died at the scene. The driver of the van and a second passenger are being treated in hospital. Their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

Woman Seriously Injured In Three-Car Accident
A woman has been seriously injured following a three-car collision on the N4 Dublin/Sligo Road. The crash occurred on the Edgeworth Road at approximately 5.30pm on Wednesday (7 January). The woman is currently being treated at Midland Regional Hospital. The main Dublin/Sligo Road has been closed and diversions are in place.

Gardaí Appeal For Information Over Crashes
After two fatal road collisions in Wicklow and Dublin, Gardaí have launched appeals seeking information in connection with the incidents. Officers at Rathfarnham Garda station want witnesses to an incident on Ballycullen Drive, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16, which occurred between 1.30am and 2.30am in the early hours of Thursday morning to contact them.

A seven-month-old infant has been fatally injured in a road crash in County Meath. The baby boy was injured during a collision between a car and a van near to Cushinstown Road on the N2 between Slane and Ashbourne on Tuesday evening at 6pm.
