Cash Van Robbed By Armed Men
A cash-in-transit van has been robbed in Dublin this morning.
Gardaí have said a man, carrying what is thought to have an immitation firearm, confronted a security guard as he delivered money to an ATM at Clare Hall at around 10:15 on Thursday morning.
Taking a cash box from the guard he made his escape with a second man in a Toyota Yaris, which was found abandoned time later.
It is believed they made off with some €40,000.
An investigation is underway and gardaí have asked for anyone who witnessed the robbery or with any information to contact them.

Missing 25-Year-Old Man Found 'Safe And Well'
A 25-year-old man who was missing from Harcourt Street in Dublin has been found safe and well, Gardaí have reported. Simon Quinn was reported missing after last being seen at around 2.30am on Monday, 30 July. However, Mr Quinn has now been found and Gardaí said they wish to thank the media and public for their assistance.

A west Cork man reported missing on Monday night has been found "safe and well". Bantry Gardaí launched a search operation, assisted by the Coast Guard Helicopter and local coast guard units.

Search Operation Resumes For Man Feared To Have Fallen Into The Sea
A search and rescue operation has resumed for a 19-year-old man, feared to have fallen into the sea in Co Clare. The operation was launched on Monday when a report was received that the man was missing at about 11am. It is understood he has not been seen since Sunday night.

Missing Cork Man Found 'Safe And Well'
A missing 52-year-old man from Cork has been found 'safe and well', garda have reported. John Ryan was last seen in the Shanakiel area of Cork City on Wednesday, 24 May. However, Mr Ryan has now been located and no further action is required.

Missing Co Mayo Man Found 'Safe And Well'
Missing Co Mayo man, David Duffy, has been found safe and well, garda have reported. Garda had issued an appeal for help in tracing 36-year-old Mr Duffy, who had not been seen since Sunday. Garda have thanked the public for their help and said that no further action is needed.
