Man Arrested Following Double Murder In Co Kerry

A man in his 40's has been arrested in connection with the murder of Jolanta Lubiene and her eight-year-old daughter Enrika in Co Kerry.

He is currently being detained under the provisions of Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939 as amended at Killarney Garda Station.

The two bodies were discovered in a house in Langford Downs Estate on 16 June.

Man Injured In Kerry Stabbing
A man has been injured in a stabbing in Co Kerry. It is understood that the 35-year-old was stabbed during an incident in An Daingean. He was taken to Kerry General Hospital for treatment, but his injuries are not believed to be serious. Gardaí are investigating the incident.

Gardaí in Co Kerry have issued an appeal for help in tracing 16-year-old Chloe Palmer. The teenager has been missing from her home in Kilgarvan, Co Kerry, since Wednesday, 03 August. She is described as approximately 5'7" in height and of thin build, with long red hair and is known to frequent the Killarney area.

Man Arrested Following Double Murder
A 26-year-old man has been arrested in connection to the double murder which happened in Killorglin, Co Kerry. Jolanta Lubiene and her daughter Enrika were found dead at their home on 16th June. The suspect is currently being detained in Killarney Garda Station.

19-Year-Old Man Arrested After Body Found In Co Kerry
Gardaí in Co Kerry have arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with the discovery of a woman's body near the village of Lixnaw. According to garda, the body of a woman, believed to be in her 50s, was found by a neighbour shortly after 10am on Wednesday morning.

Murder Inquiry Follows Dublin Attack
A murder investigation has been launched after a 22-year-old man died in hospital as a result of an attack over the weekend. Gardaí in Clontarf, Dublin, have begun the now murder inquiry after Barry Walsh who was from Castleknock was chased and beaten in the early hours of Sunday morning at Marino Mart.
