Two Women Arrested Following Cannabis Find
Two women have been arrested after garda seized cannabis plants in the Monaghan area.
During the search on Thursday evening a grow house was discovered and cannabis plants with an estimated street value of up to €500,000 was seized.
Gardai from Carrickmacross carried out the search of the business unit as part of a planned operation targeting the sale and supply of controlled drugs.
The women are currently being detained at Carrickmacross Garda Station.

Gardai have seized herbal cannabis following a raid on a house in Wexford. It is estimated to have a street value of €45,000. A number of plants were found during the search of a property in Lee Heights on Thursday. No arrests were made and investigations are continuing.

Cannabis Seized In Co Kildare
Gardaí in Co Kildare have seized cannabis worth an estimated €800,000. The find was made during a planned search of a house in Crossmorris on Monday. Officers seized 40kg of cannabis herb in the search. A 43-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the find.

Garda Seize Cannabis Plants Worth €400,000
Cannabis plants with an estimated street value of €400,000 have been seized following a search at a house in in Co Kildare. Garda found the plants inside a residence in Ballyboeen, Kilcock as part of an ongoing investigation. No arrests have yet been made and garda have said the investigation is ongoing.

Four Arrested In Connection With Drugs Seizures
Around €1m worth of drugs were seized as part of a planned Garda Operation in Longford and South Roscommon. Four people have been arrested in connection in what is believed to be nearly 2,000 cannabis plants. A man in his 20's was arrested after around 800 cannabis plants were seized at a growhouse in the South Roscommon area.

Gardaí investigating three cannabis seizures in Co Offaly in the past week have arrested two men. Garda officers discovered cannabis plants worth an estimated €250,000 at a premises in Clonmore, Edenderry. This was followed by the seizure of cannabis plants worth an estimated €160,000 found in a vehicle near Tullamore on Thursday.
