CPSMA Write To Labour Commission Over Croke Park Concens

Primary school managers have written to the Labour Relations Commission and the Department of Education outlining "serious concerns" over the impact of the Croke Park on schools.

If accepted, the proposals will have an extremely negative impact on educational outcomes, the Catholic Primary School Management Association (CPSMA) says.

However, the Irish National Teachers' Organisation has accused the body of gross interference in the democratic process.

The comments by the CPSMA were a highly unusual intervention, made at a time when tens of thousands of public servants are considering and balloting on Croke Park II.
