Shots Fired At House In North Dublin

Dublin Gardaí are seeking a man in connection with shots fired at a house in the north of the city on Wednesday night.

The incident occurred on Moatview Avenue in the Priorswood area of Coolock at about 9.40pm.

Gardaí understand a lone gunman discharged at least two rounds from a shotgun before leaving the scene on foot.

There are no reports of any injuries, and the scene has been preserved for a technical examination.

Gardaí Arrest Two After Fatal Meath Stabbing
A 25-year-old man has died and two have been arrested after a stabbing incident in Co Meath. The incident happened early this morning at the house in Rathmolyon. Gardaí discovered the victim at about 1am before he was taken to Connolly Memorial hospital in Blanchardstown, Dublin, where he died in the early hours of the morning.

Pipe Bomb Defused In Dublin
Army bomb disposal experts have carried out a controlled explosion on a pipe bomb hidden underneath a car in west Dublin. In just the latest such incident, gardaí were alerted to the device in Ballyfermot at around 8.30am on Monday. The Defence Forces' bomb disposal team were called to the scene at Blackditch Road.
