K Club Deny Supplying Porn To Tiger Woods
Allegations made by Tiger Woods’ former head coach has left Ireland’s most exclusive golf club denying it provided Tiger Woods with an adult movie.
Former coach Hank Haney has portrayed Woods as an egomaniac in his new book ‘The Big Miss’.
In the book he claims that, as a prank knowing that it would make his room mate Zach Johnson, a devout Christian, squirm with discomfort, Woods phoned the reception of the club to order an adult channel at the time of the competition.
According to Mr Haney, Mr Woods purchased the adult movie 24-hour package and turned the television on. With Woods later telling the coach that Johnson ignored the prank but that, "It was so funny watching him acting like everything was normal. I got him pretty good."
In a statement last night the K Club rejected the allegation: "The K Club does not have, and never has had a pay-per-view movie channel nor does it stock nor ever did stock adult movies on DVD or any other format or provide access to such movies for guests."
The book, which was released on Tuesday, makes a number of allegations about the golfer.
Haney claims that Mr Woods would boast about injuries to athletes who play more physically demanding sports than him in an attempt to be accepted. And he claimed that to avoid his fans Mr Woods would arrange practice rounds at 6am to steer clear of autograph hunters.
Woods has said that he will not be reading the book and has rebuffed a number of attempts by reporters to ask him about revelations in it.

New Searches Underway In Drogheda In Mulready-Woods Investigation
Gardaí investigating the murder of Keane Mulready-Woods(17) are carrying out further searches in Drogheda. According to reports, a search is underway at Oldbridge, with the surrounding area sealed and the road closed. It follows searches carried out earlier this week in the Rathmullen Park area of the town.

The body of a woman found at Coolmine Woods on 17 July has been confirmed as that of Linda Christian. Gardaí had been searching for Ms Christian, also known as Linda Evans, had been reported missing on 24 June 2017.
