Fatal Head On Collision In Co Meath
A man has died after two cars were involved in a head on collision on the N2 between Slane and Collon.
The accident happened just after midnight approximately three miles north of Slane.
The man who died was traveling in one car with another man who is in a serious condition in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda.
The man and woman from the second car were also taken to the same hospital, but their condition is described as non life threatening.
The road is still closed to facilitate a Forensic collision examination and diversions are in place.
Witnesses or anyone with any information is asked to contact the Gardai in Navan on 046 9036100, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station

Elderly Driver Killed In Kilkenny Collision
A man in his mid 70's has died following a two-vehicle crash in Kilkenny. The victim was driving one of the cars involved in the collision on the N24 Belline and Rogerstown, Piltown at around 7.30pm on Thursday, 01 December. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. He was removed to the mortuary at University Hospital Waterford.

Gardai in Tralee are investigating the circumstances of the fatal road traffic collision, which occurred on the Tralee to Ardfert Road yesterday evening at around 6.00pm. The collision took place in Clogerbrien, approximately three miles, from Tralee.

The PSNI have appealed for information after a man died in a two-car collision in Londonderry. A black Skoda Octavia and black Ford Puma were involved in the incident, which was reported to police around 6.45pm on Tuesday. The collision happened on the Culmore road at the junction with the Springfield road near Derry.

A man has died following a two vehicle crash in Wexford this morning. The 29 year old male driver of one of the cars was fatally injured and pronounced dead upon arrival at Wexford General Hospital after the car he was driving collided with another at approximately 6.15am on Friday morning.
