Woman Detained In Connection With Alan McNally Murder

A woman has been arrested in connection with the murder of Alan McNally at a pub in Dublin last week.

The 47-year-old was arrested following a planned search operation in Finglas this morning.

The woman is being detained at Finglas Garda Station under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007.

Mr McNally was shot dead in the Cappagh Nua pub in the early hours of last Friday morning.

Man Arrested In Connection With Thomas Shooting
A man has been arrested in Dublin this morning in connection with the shooting of the 47-year-old David Thomas last year. Gardai in Finglas investigating the fatal shooting said this morning they had arrested a male aged in 20s at Main Street, Finglas. He is currently being detained at Finglas Garda Station under the Criminal Justice Act.

Woman Released Without Charge Over Donegal Murder
A woman arrested in connection with the murder of Seamus Donnelly has been released without charge. Mr Doherty was killed at his home in Drumacanoo on 17 June 2012. The woman, 57, was released this morning. A man, 51, who was arrested on Wednesday is still being questioned by garda.

Four Arrested In Connection With Graham McNally Murder
Four people have been arrested in connection with the murder of Graham McNally on 20th January, 2009, at Cold Winters, Finglas. Mr McNally was fatally shot on the North Road, Dublin,. Three men and one woman are currently being detained at Blanchardstown and Cabra Garda Stations under Section 30 Offences Against the State Act.

Woman Dies After Being Hit By Car In Dublin
An elderly woman who was hit by a car in Dublin has died in hospital. The incident occurred on the Navan Road at around 8.15am on Sunday, 04 September. The driver of the car was arrested and taken to Finglas Garda Station. He has been released and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

Six Arrested Over Gangland Killings
A total of six people have been arrested in Dublin this morning in connection with the shooting of two men in the Finglas area. Gardaí investigating the deaths of Paul Martin and Graham McNally made the arrests this morning of six people ranging in age from 25 to 35 years and comprising of five males and a female.
