Appeal For Missing Westmeath Woman
An appeal has been launched into the disappearance of a woman in County Westmeath.
Gardaí at Athlone said they are looking for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 37-year-old Marie Greene from St. Mels Terrace, in the Athlone area of the county.
According to Gardaí this morning, Marie was last seen at approximately 9pm on Sunday February 13 in the Athlone Area.
She is described as being approximately 5’5” in height, slim build and fair complexion. She has medium length brown hair which is normally tied in a pony tail.
When last seen she was wearing blue jeans, white runners and a navy zipped up fleece.
Anyone with information should contact Athlone Garda Station at 090-6498550 or the Garda Confidential Phone Line at 1800 666 111.
Meanwhile, Gardaí have confirmed that Leitrim woman Caitríona Horan has been found 'safe and well' after an appeal for her whereabouts was renewed yesterday.
Ms Horan was reported missing last week when she failed to turn up at her sister's house after meeting friends in Dublin.
Gardaí and family made several appeals for information, including releasing CCTV footage of the 22-year-old.
It was believed that she spent some time in Ennis in Co Clare over the weekend.

Body Found In Search For Missing Woman
Gardaí investigating the disappearance of Pamela Kenny have confirmed they have found a body. Ms Kenny, 52, was last seen in Delwood, Castleknock, on Monday (2 March) at around 10.30am. An appeal was launched into her whereabouts. Gardaí have since confirmed the body is that of Ms Kenny.

Garda Recovers Body Of Missing 74-Year-Old Woman
Gardaí searching for missing Kathleen Reilly have recovered her body. The body of the 74-year-old Athlone woman was found on Tuesday evening. Her body has been taken to the morgue at Tullamore Hospital where a post-mortem is due to be carried out later today, 22 June. Gardaí thanked the public for their help during the search.

Cian Quinn has been missing from Athlone since Wednesday 11 September and when last seen was wearing black tracksuit bottoms and a blue tracksuit top. He is described as approximately 5'7", of slight build with short brown hair and blue eyes.

A man has appeared at a special sitting of the district court in Athlone charged with the murder of Marie Greene. Jimmy Devaney, 62, with an address of Millbrook Avenue, Monksland, Athlone, was charged with murdering Ms Greene at Tullycross, Moydrum, on February 13.
