Solicitor Charged Nurse's Murder
A 48-year-old solicitor is due in court after being charged with the murder of a nurse in Dublin last week.
Loradena Pricajan, 35, from Romania, was found dead on Thursday in an apartment at the Irish Management Institute complex in Sandyford.
She had been working as a nurse in Dublin and went to a rented apartment at the IMI last Wednesday night to visit a friend whom she knew from home, but was attacked and stabbed to death.
A man found with serious injuries in the apartment with her the following morning was taken to St Vincent's University Hospital but was arrested following his release earlier this week.
The man, who is from Romania, is reported to be a senior figure in a Romanian government payments' agency and connected to a regional branch of a political party there.
Gardaí have been in contact with Romanian police about the case and have established that both knew each other and had been in a relationship.
Last night the man was charged with the murder and he was detained overnight,
He will appear in Dun Laoighre District Court at 10.30am today.

Missing Co Mayo Man Found 'Safe And Well'
Missing Co Mayo man, David Duffy, has been found safe and well, garda have reported. Garda had issued an appeal for help in tracing 36-year-old Mr Duffy, who had not been seen since Sunday. Garda have thanked the public for their help and said that no further action is needed.

Four Arrested Over Dublin Murder
Detectives are questioning four teenagers in connection with the murder of a 19-year-old man in Inchicore on Saturday night. Two 14-year-old boys, a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old, were arrested by Gardaí this morning and are being held at separate garda stations on the southside of Dublin city.

Man Found Guilty Of Murdering Nurse
A 49-year-old man has this morning been found guilty at the Central Criminal Court of murdering his ex-girlfriend. Milhalache Marian, who is originally from Romania, pleaded not guilty to murdering 35-year-old Loradena Pricajan on 28 January, last year.
