National Lottery Porsche Winners Fail To Claim Prize

The countdown has begun for five winners of Porsche sports cars who haven't claimed their prizes, according to lottery chiefs.

The Porsche Cayman sports cars are worth over €100,000 each and were won during May in special Lotto draws for players who matched five numbers and the bonus number.

Only 90 days are given from the day of the draw to claim prizes, and National Lottery bosses said the deadline was getting close.

They have urged players to check their Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2 dockets from May to check if they have won a Porsche Cayman.

The winning tickets were sold in:
  • Maurice Smyth's, Hartstown, Clonsilla, Co Dublin
  • Tesco, Distillery Road, Wexford
  • Headlines Newsagency, Corrib Shopping Centre, Eyre Square, Galway
  • Bull Service Station, Clontarf, Dublin
  • Supervalu, Letterkenny, Co Donegal
A total of 32 Porsches were won during May, with 27 already claimed, said a National Lottery spokeswoman.

"All winners have 90 days from the day of the draw to collect their prize but time is running out," she said. Wednesday's Irish lottery draw takes place at 7:57pm with an estimated Jackpot of € 6 Million Euro.
