Arrests Made In Two Drugs Seizures
Two people have been arrested in separate drugs seizures in Limerick.
In the first search, a 21-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday afternoon after four kilos of cannabis, worth around €28,000, were found in a van in St Mary's Park.
A separate search in the same area also uncovered three kilos of the drug, worth €21,000, in a house. A 52-year-old woman was arrested.
Both are being questioned at Henry Street garda station.

Two Arrested Digging Up €1m In Cash
Two men have been arrested after being caught digging up more than €1 million in cash on the outskirts of Limerick. The men were found digging up the money in an area known as Portcrusha, Montpelier, Co. Limerick, on Sunday. It is believed that the money is the proceeds of crime.

Arrests Made After €400,000 Cannabis Seizure
Garda in Co Galway have arrested two men following the seizure of cannabis with an estimate value of €400,000. Officers from the National Drugs Unit carried out a search of a private residence in Tuam, Co Galway, at around 17:00 on Tuesday, uncovering 20kg of the drug. Two men, aged 49 and 41, were arrested at the scene.
