Second Death Following Co. Leitrim Crash
A second man has died following a road collision in Co. Leitrim on Tuesday.
The 18-year-old man was the driver of one of three cars involved in the collision on the N4 at Mountcampbell, Carrick-on-Shannon, which happened around 8:10am on Tuesday.
He died at Sligo General Hospital on Wednesday morning.
The driver of one of the other vehicles, a 44-year-old man, who is reported to have been Polish, died on Tuesday.
The driver of the third car was injured in the crash and is being treated in hospital in Sligo.

A man has died following a two vehicle crash in Wexford this morning. The 29 year old male driver of one of the cars was fatally injured and pronounced dead upon arrival at Wexford General Hospital after the car he was driving collided with another at approximately 6.15am on Friday morning.

Man Killed In Westmeath Crash Named
A 23-year-old man who died following a road crash in Co Westmeath has been named as Dan Hynes, from Tulsk, Co Roscommon. Mr Hynes was a passenger in a van, which struck a jeep on the Mullingar Road in Delvin around 7am on Tuesday morning. He was taken to hospital, but died later from his injuries.

A second woman has died after she sustained injuries in a road collision in Westmeath. The crash, between two cars and a truck, happened in Hiskinstown at around 3.30pm on Saturday, 08 October. A passenger in one of the cars died at the scene and the driver in one of the vehicles died from her injuries at Midland Regional Hospital in Mullingar.

Renewed Appeal Over Murder Of Taxi Driver
Gardaí have renewed an appeal for information on the murder of taxi driver Martin Mulligan. Mr Mulligan (53) was stabbed to death on 28 September following an altercation in Dundalk in Co Louth. It is believed the altercation began over an unpaid taxi fare.

Motorcyclist Killed In Multi-Vehicle Crash
A motorcyclist has died in a three-vehicle collision in Co Donegal. At around 10.30pm on Thursday, the motorcyclist collided with two cars on the N13 at Lisfannon, Burt. The victim, said to be in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene. His body was later removed to Letterkenny General Hospital.
