Appeal Issued For Missing Juvenile Aman Brid Singh Chopra
Gardaí have issued an appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of missing juvenile Aman Brid Singh Chopra.
Aman was last seen in the Kilkishen area, Co. Clare on Thursday, 14th November 2019.
Aman is of Afghan nationality and is described as being 5' 8" in height, of thin build with brown eyes and black hair.
Anyone with any information that can assist in locating Aman is asked to contact Gardaí in Ennis on 065 684 8100, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.

Public Appeal After Third Confirmed Case Of Measles In Ireland
The Public Health Agency (PHA) has announced that it has been made aware of a third confirmed case of measles in the Republic of Ireland. It is understood that the case was confirmed in a resident of Ireland who had arrived back in the country from Abu Dhabi on Saturday 9 March 2024.

Over 660 Motorists Found Speeding Over Easter Bank Holidays
More than 660 motorists were caught breaking the speed limit across the Causeway Coast and Glens during the Easter bank holiday weekend – an increase of 22% from 2022. Chief Inspector Sinead McIldowney said: "The Safety Camera Vans were deployed at various locations across the North Coast and the increase in these detections is a worrying trend.

Gardaí Appeal For Witnesses To Fatal Co Limerick Accident
Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to a fatal accident in Hospital, Co Limerick, in which a 44-year-old man was killed. The man was walking on Main Street in the town at about 2am on Tuesday morning when he was hit by a car. He was pronounced dead at the scene. It is understood no one else was injured in the incident.

Sikhs To Meet Gardai Over Turban Ban
Members of the Sikh community are to meet with gardai over a ban which prohibits a Sikh garda reserve recruit from wearing his turban while in uniform. The President of the Irish Sikh Council, Harpreet Singh, said that members of the Sikh community would meet with Garda Commissioner Noel Conroy to discuss the matter.
