Teenager In Serious Condition Following Suspected Assault
A teenage boy is in a serious condition in hospital following a suspected assault in Tipperary Town late on Thursday night.
The boy was found with serious head injuries at Lakelands, Tipperary Town at 10.50pm. He remains in a serious condition in South Tipperary General Hospital.
Another teenage boy was arrested in connection with the incident.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to contact them at Tipperary Garda Station on 062 80670.
Garda said: "We would ask anyone who was in the Lakelands/Roseanna Road areas of Tipperary Town between 10pm and 11pm to contact us."

A 49-year-old man is due to appear before Tipperary District Court charged in connection with the murder of Bobby Ryan. Father-of-two Bobby Ryan of Boherlahan, Cashel, Co Tipperary was reported missing to Tipperary Town Gardaí on 3 June 2011. His remains were found concealed in an underground concrete tank on a farm at Fawnagowan, on 30 April 2013.

Appeal Issued For Missing Tipperary Man
Gardaí have appealed for help in tracing missing Tipperary man John Esmonde. The 38-year-old has been missing since around 22:00 on Wednesday 11 March. When last seen he was wearing a dark jacket, blue denim trousers and a black woollen hat. He is believed to have been carrying a brown shopping bag.

One Stabbed, One Shot And Five Arrested In Tipperary
Five men have been arrested following an attack on two men in Tipperary. During the attack one man received stab wounds to his back and a second man received a gun shot wound to his leg. One of the men was taken to the Regional Hospital Limerick and the second man to South Tipperary Hospital.

Speaking at the opening event, the Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Shane McEntee, highlighted the important role that Agricultural shows can play within Irish communities.
