Pedestrian Killed In Co Meath

Gardaí have issued an appeal for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision in County Meath on Tuesday, 24 October.

A man, aged in his 40s, died after he was struck by a car on the N2 at Ballymagarvey Farm shortly before 7am.

The road remains closed pending a garda forensic examination.

Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to contact Navan Garda Station on 046 - 9036100, the Garda Confidential Line 1 800 666 111 or any Garda Station.

Renewed Appeal Over Murder Of Taxi Driver
Gardaí have renewed an appeal for information on the murder of taxi driver Martin Mulligan. Mr Mulligan (53) was stabbed to death on 28 September following an altercation in Dundalk in Co Louth. It is believed the altercation began over an unpaid taxi fare.

Gardaí Appeal For Witnesses To Fatal Co Limerick Accident
Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to a fatal accident in Hospital, Co Limerick, in which a 44-year-old man was killed. The man was walking on Main Street in the town at about 2am on Tuesday morning when he was hit by a car. He was pronounced dead at the scene. It is understood no one else was injured in the incident.

Gardaí in Co Meath have appealed for witnesses to a fatal road crash on Thursday. A man in his 50s was killed when his motorcycle collided with a car at around 17:10 on the Millbrook Road in Oldcastle.

Man Arrested Over Dublin Body Find
A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Dublin last week. The body of Kevin Molloy was found at his home in Glendhu Road in Cabra, Dublin, on Sunday 01 February. Investigating garda said they believed Mr Molloy's body had laid undiscovered for some time.
