Drugs Find Made During Murder Investigation

Ecstasy worth an estimated €50,000 has been uncovered in Ardclough, Kildare.

It is understood that officers investigating the murder of Kenneth O'Brien – the man who's body was found dismembered and inside a suitcase in the Grand Canal – made the discovery. However, Garda added that the drugs are not connected to Mr O'Brien's death.

No-one has been arrested in connection with the drug find and the investigation is ongoing.
