Man Killed In Workplace Accident
An investigation has been launched after a man died following a workplace accident in County Limerick.
The man, believed to be in his 60's, was killed when the cab of a truck he was working on fell on top of him on Wednesday night.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. A post-mortem is to be carried out.
The Health & Safety Authority has been informed.

Investigation Launched Into Fatal Quarry Accident
Gardaí have launched an investigation into a fatal workplace accident in Co Mayo. It is understood a man in his 20s was fatally injured in an accident at about 10am this morning at a quarry in Kilkelly. The quarry has been sealed pending a forensic examination. The Health and Safety Authority has been informed.

Garda Appeal For Witnesses To Fatal Road Accident
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses of a fatal road accident in Co Kerry. A 24-year-old man died when the car he was driving hit a wall on the N69 Tralee-Listowel Road in Glenballyma in Tralee. The accident happened at about 21:45 on Saturday. A post-mortem is due to be carried out today.

26-Year-Old Man Killed In Farming Accident
A man has been killed in a farming accident in Knockea, Co Cork. According to reports the 26-year-old man was found trapped under a trailer at around 12:45am. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation into the death has been launched by the Health and Safety Authority.

Man Killed In Westmeath Crash Named
A 23-year-old man who died following a road crash in Co Westmeath has been named as Dan Hynes, from Tulsk, Co Roscommon. Mr Hynes was a passenger in a van, which struck a jeep on the Mullingar Road in Delvin around 7am on Tuesday morning. He was taken to hospital, but died later from his injuries.
