New Jobs Announced In North Dublin

One hundred new jobs are to be created at a new state-of-the-art food plant in Lusk, Co Dublin.

Ballymaguire Foods have said that the new jobs will include graduate positions in sales and marketing, food scientists and technicians and research and development amongst others.

The expansion is said to be worth just over €4m a year to the local economy.

Founded in 2008, Ballymaguire Foods, part of the Country Crest Group, is the largest chilled ready meals producer in the Republic of Ireland. The new jobs and investment will be used to expand the company’s presence in the UK.
