Two Hundred New Jobs Announced In Dublin

Two hundred new jobs are to be created in Dublin over by multinational e-commerce company, Zalando.

The company has announced that it is to establish a new technology hub on Barrow Street in the city.

The jobs will created over the next two years and will be in research and development, data analysis, data science and engineering.

Welcoming the news, Taoiseach Enda Kenny, said: "Ireland’s pre-eminent position at the cutting edge of technology did not happen by accident. Our economy is an open and business-friendly one, with a minimum of red tape or administrative hurdles. Investing companies find certainty and transparency here."

The investment is supported by IDA Ireland.

100 New Jobs Announced In Ennis
One hundred new jobs are to be created by specialist healthcare recruitment firm TTM Healthcare, as part of a €5m investment. The jobs will be created over the next three years with the majority being based at the firm's Ennis headquarters. However, some staff will also be sought in Dublin and Cork.
