Woman Arrested Over Fatal Stabbing In Dublin
Gardaí investigating a fatal stabbing in Dublin on Saturday have arrested a woman.
It is understood that a 36-year-old man died from stab wounds sustained in an incident in Phibsboro Road at about 22:30.
The man was pronounced dead at the Mater Hospital.
Garda are holding a woman, aged in her 40s, in connection with the incident.
Garda said that their investigation is ongoing.

Woman Dies After Being Hit By Car In Dublin
An elderly woman who was hit by a car in Dublin has died in hospital. The incident occurred on the Navan Road at around 8.15am on Sunday, 04 September. The driver of the car was arrested and taken to Finglas Garda Station. He has been released and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

Garda Appeal For Witnesses To Two Fatal Road Accidents
Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to two fatal road accidents on Saturday. A 62-year-old man died when the car he was a passenger in left the road on the M50 at about 12:45am between Junction 10 Ballymount and Junction 11 Tallaght. The 60-year-old female driver is in a critical condition in Tallaght Hospital.

Two Arrested Over Aidan Myers Murder
Two people have been arrested in connection with the murder of Aidan Myers, gardaí have confirmed. Mr Myers, 37, was killed by a gang who had attempted to hijack the car in which he was a passenger in Faughart, Co. Louth on December 12, 2006. He died after being attacked by a machete.
