Wind Farm Support Staff To Stage Work Stoppage

Staff at one of Ireland's largest wind farm service providers are to stage a 72-hour work stoppage in a dispute over pay increases and cuts to allowances.

It is understood that up to 100 staff at Enercon, which is based in Tralee and has installed around 25% of Ireland's wind turbines, are calling for a "a pay structure that reflects significant increases in wages" and are willing to extend that strike action if needed.
