Two Arrested After Street Search Uncovers Heroin
Two men were arrested following a stop and search in Dublin city centre that uncovered heroin worth an estimated €20,000.
Gardaí stopped the men on Store Street and uncovered the drugs.
Gardaí said the arrests are part of an ongoing intelligence led operation targeting the illegal sale and supply of controlled drugs in the north inner city.
A spokeswoman said gardaí were using "advanced analytical and intelligence methods to disrupt criminals" and dismantle their networks.
She said street drug seizures played a "critical role in targeting the livelihood of criminals and reducing their ability to carry out illegal activities".

Heroin and cocaine, with an estimated street value of €1m, has been recovered in a house search in Ballyfermot on Tuesday. Gardaí arrested two men, aged in their 30s, at the scene after officers uncovered 13kgs of cocaine worth an estimated €900,000 and 1.5kgs of heroin, with an estimated value of €225,000.

Cocaine And Cannabis Seized In Co Kildare
Cocaine and cannabis herb worth an estimated €34,000 has been seized in Moone, Co Kildare. As part of a planned search of a premises at Lower Belan, garda uncovered €14,000 worth of cocaine and €20,000 worth of cannabis, shortly before midnight on Sunday, 12 June.

Cash Seized During Drug Raid
A man has been arrested in connection with the discovery of €85,000 in cash at a flat in Cork city. It is understood members of the Cork City Divisional Drugs Squad uncovered the cash during a drug raid on a flat in Tuckey Street at about 21:30 on Tuesday night. A 37-year-old Hungarian national was arrested at the scene.
