Men Arrested Over Cannabis Seizures
Gardaí in Co Kerry have seized cannabis plants worth an estimated €140,000 in searches in two villages.
Around 128 cannabis plants were uncovered at Barrow House, Barrow West, in Ardfert on Saturday, with an estimated street value of €100,000.
A 29-year-old man was arrested in connection with the find.
Also, in Tralee, a 35-year-old man was arrested in connection with the discovery of plants worth and estimated €37,600.
Both men appeared before a special sitting of Killorglin District Court and have been remanded in custody until 12 November.
The men, both Polish nationals, were granted legal aid.

Garda officers discovered cannabis plants worth an estimated €250,000 at a premises in Clonmore, Edenderry. This was followed by the seizure of cannabis plants worth an estimated €160,000 found in a vehicle near Tullamore on Thursday.

Cannabis with an estimated value of €400,000 has been seized in Co Donegal. Members of the Revenue and Gardaí uncovered the drugs during a search at Castlefin on Tuesday. Garda arrested a man in his 30s in connection with the find.

A man has been arrested following a drugs seizure in Dublin. The raid was carried out at Grafton Hall, Aungier Street, in the south of the city at around 11.45pm on Saturday. Gardaí have said a grow house was discovered at the premises and 101 cannabis plants were seized. They are thought to have an estimated value of €80,000.

Man Arrested Following Drugs Find
A man, aged in his 60s, has been arrested following a drugs seizure at a home in Celbridge, Kildare. A planned search was carried out at a property in Crodaun Forest Park in Celbridge, where gardaí discovered cannabis plants with an estimated street value of up to €62,000. The man was arrested at the scene.

Two men have been arrested after Gardai seized an estimated €700,000 worth of cannabis plants in Virginia, Co Cavan. Detectives searched a warehouse in a planned operation this morning and found a major cultivation operation with an estimated 800 cannabis plants. The two males are being questioned in Bailieborough Garda station.
