Appeal For Witnesses To Early Morning Shooting In Dublin

Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to a shooting in Dublin this morning.

According to garda a man was shot just after 9am on Thursday morning on Clonard Street.

The victim has been taken to hospital but no details of his condition have been released.

The scene of the shooting has been sealed off pending a technical examination.

Anyone who witnesses the shooting is asked to contact garda.

Man Arrested Over Shooting Incident In Co Limerick
A man in his 30s has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident in County Limerick. A man in his 50s was seriously injured in the incident which occurred in Castleroy on Monday morning. He is currently in a critical but stable condition in hospital. The man is currently being detained at Henry Street Garda Station.

Teenager And Young Child Injured In Alleged Shooting In West Dublin
An investigation has been launched into an alleged shooting incident in West Dublin. According to reports, a teenager and a young child have been injured in an incident that gardaí have said is "ongoing" in the Parlickstown area of Blanchardstown. Man Critical After Early Morning Shooting In Dublin
Gardaí in Dublin have reported that a man has been shot and seriously injured in Donaghmede at about 9am this morning. According to reports the man was shot in the head shortly after dropping children off at a nearby creche on Holywell Avenue. The man was taken to Beaumont Hospital and is described as being in a critical condition.

Two Held Over Attempted Shooting Attack Released
Two men arrested in connection with an attempted shooting attack in Dublin have been released without charge. The incident occurred at a car park next to the Islandbridge Court Apartments on 1 November. A Honda Civic rammed another car at the scene. Two occupants in the car then ran after the driver of the other vehicle and fired a number of shots.

Man Injured In Dublin Shooting
An investigation has been launched into a shooting incident in Dublin this morning. It is understood that a man in his 30s has been injured in a shooting at about 10am this morning at Beechfield Rise in Blanchardstown. The man is said to be in a stable condition in Connolly Hospital.
