Shots Fired At House In Limerick City
Gardaí in Limerick have arrested two men in connection with a shooting in the city.
It is understood that shots were fired at a house in the New Road area at about 20:00 on Tuesday night. A 22-year-old woman and two teenage boys who were in the house at the time, escaped without injury.
Gardaí say that reports of a motorcycle leaving the scene led to the arrest of a man in his early 20s a short time later and is being held at Mayorstone Garda Station.
A second man, also said to be aged in his 20s, was arrested just before midnight and is being held at Roxboro Garda Station.
Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to the shooting incident to contact them.

Gardaí in Dublin have arrested a 28-year-old man in connection with shots fired a house on Beaver Street on about 22:30 on Wednesday. It is understood that two people where in the house at the time of the shooting but no-one was injured. Garda say a man was arrested a short time after the incident and a firearm recovered in a follow up search.

Arrested Over Kilrush Body Find
A man has been detained in connection with the discovery of a body in Co Clare. The body of the 27-year-old was found outside a house in Kilrush this morning. The victim was found shot dead in the garden of a house on O'Gorman Street at around 10.30am.

Missing 25-Year-Old Man Found 'Safe And Well'
A 25-year-old man who was missing from Harcourt Street in Dublin has been found safe and well, Gardaí have reported. Simon Quinn was reported missing after last being seen at around 2.30am on Monday, 30 July. However, Mr Quinn has now been found and Gardaí said they wish to thank the media and public for their assistance.

Man Arrested Following Drugs Find
Drugs with an estimated street value of €170,000 have been seized by gardai during a raid on a property in west Dublin. Cocaine and cannabis was found during the raid at a house in Balgaddy. A gun and ammunition were also discovered. A 37-year=old has been arrested and is being detained at Ronanstown Garda Station.
