Appeal For Information After Man Arrives At Hospital With Gunshot Wounds
An investigation has been launched after a man presented himself at the Mater Hospital in Dublin suffering gunshot wounds to his leg.
Gardaí say that the man in his 20s was driven to the hospital by another way, with the hospital alerted to his condition after the car collided with a barrier in the hospital's car park.
Garda are investigating and have appealed for anyone with any information to contact them.
It is understood that the man underwent surgery and is recovering in hospital. His injuries are not said to be life threatening.

Man Dies In Limerick Collision
A man has died in a crash in Co Limerick. The car veered off the road and hit a ditch at Dromsallagh at around 4.15am on Sunday, 05 June. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. A second man is currently being treated for his injuries at the University Hospital Limerick. The road has been re-opened.

Gardaí are appealing to witnesses of a fatal road accident in Galway on Tuesday night. A 60-year-old man died after his car hit a wall in the Liosban Industrial Estate at about 22:00. No other vehicles were involved in the accident. The victim was pronounced dead at University College Hospital Galway.
