Ikea Recall Children's Bed Canopies

Three million canopies, for children's beds sold by Ikea, have been recalled due to a strangulation risk.

A spokesperson for the retailer said that they have received reports of children getting entangled in the canopies, with some suffering minor injuries.

There have been no reports of any serious injuries, with the home retailer saying they are recalling the item as a a safety measure.

A full refund is being offend to customers returning the item.

The affected canopies are Legendarisk, Minnen bed Canopy set, Barnslig Boll, Minnen Brodyr, Himmel, Fabler, Tissla and Klammig.

Vodaphone Partners With ISPCC To Help Keep Children Safe
Telecoms giant Vodaphone has announced a five-year partnership with the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (ISPCC). The partnership aims to help keep children safe. Vodaphone Ireland Foundation will provide the charity with €2 million in direct funding over five years.
