Body Of Missing Teenager Recovered From River Shannon

The body of missing 19-year-old student Mark Casey has been recovered from the River Shannon at the Canal Bank area in Limerick.

Members of the Limerick Search and Rescue team found the body of Mr Casey, who had been missing since 07 March.

It is understood that his body was recovered following a two-day search of the Canal Bank area, close to where the NUIG student had been last seen.

The body of a missing student has been recovered from the Grand Canal Dock in Dublin. Members of the garda underwater unit recovered the body at 10.00am on Saturday from a stretch of the Grand Canal Dock near Mr Houston's apartment.

Body Recovered In Search For Missing Oyster Farmer
Valentia Coastguard have recovered the body of a man off the coast of Co Clare. The coastguard was searching for a missing oyster fisherman, after four people got into difficulty at Poulnasherry Bay at about 03:25 on Monday morning. It is understood that the fishermen were using tractors and trailers when they got off from the shore.

Body Recovered In Search For Missing Garda
Search teams working to locate missing Garda Ciaran Jones have found a body close to where Mr Jones was swept away last night. The body has not yet been officially identified. Mr Jones, 25, was swept away at Ballysmuttan Bridge, on the upper reaches of the River Liffey, at around 7pm last night.

Body Recovered From Grand Canal In Dublin
The body of a man has been recovered from the Grand Canal in Dublin. Gardaí made the discovery near the Charlemont Luas stop at around 5am on Friday. The man is believed to be aged in his 30s or 40s. Officers are reviewing CCTV footage from the area, however the death is not being treated as suspicious at this stage.

Body Recovered From Dublin Canal
The body of a missing man, who had disappeared after a party, has been recovered from a canal in Dublin. Damian O'Brien, 37, who had been living in Phibsborough, Dublin, disappeared on November 27 after attending a party at a friend's house. A two-week search ensued after Mr O'Brien failed to return to work at Failte Ireland.
