Aer Lingus IALPA Members Agree Strike Action

Aer Lingus pilots have voted in favour of strike action in a dispute over pay.

Members of the Irish Airline Pilots' Association working at airline have not set a date for the action, but it is understood that they will have a few weeks to issue a strike notice if its aim is to disrupt the August bank holiday weekend.

It is understood that the dispute is over pay increments due to paid in April, following an agreed pay freeze, which ended in December.
