Nine Arrested In Drugs Operation
Nine people have been arrested across Cavan and Monaghon in a garda drugs operation.
They were all arrested in the early hours of this morning and are being held in garda stations around the country.
A considerable amount of cash and controlled drugs were seized in the operation as well as ecstasy.
Gardai led the operation from the Cavan-Monaghon division and a number of officers were involved.

Joint Operation Results In Major Drugs Seizure
As part of an intelligence led investigation between GNDU and Revenue Customs, a search was carried out in premises near Malahide Road, in Coolock yesterday afternoon. It resulted in the seizure of 400kgs of Cannabis Resin, 50kgs of Cannabis Herb and 8 kgs of Tablets with an estimated street value of €3.5m.

Cannabis Seized In Tarelton, Co Cork
Gardaí in Co Cork have seized cannabis worth an estimated €500,000 during a search of a house in Tarelton, near Macroom. A man has been arrested in connection with the seizure. Garda said the latest find is part of an ongoing operation targeting drugs in the area. Three people have been arrested to date.

Man Arrested Over 39kg Of Cannabis Resin
Officers from the National Drugs Unit have arrested a man in connection with the discovery of cannabis resin worth an estimated value of €234,000. The man, aged in his 40s, was arrested on Thursday at a service station on the M1 southbound at about 09:00am in what has been described as an "intelligence-led operation".

25 Arrested In Relation To Operation Boa
Gardaí from Coolock Garda station have arrested 25 people in the past two days for the involvement in the sale and supply controlled drugs. All 25 have been charged and released on bail to appear in court at a future date.

Almost 5,000 cigarettes and 9.5kg of rolling tobacco have been seized by Revenue officers in the Moore Street area of Dublin. Officers carried out the search assisted by garda, in an intelligence led operation targeting the illegal sale and supply of cigarettes and tobacco in the city.
