Apology: Donal Kinsella

In an article on our edition of November 18, 2010, we reported that the businessman Donal Kinsella had been awarded €10m libel damages by a High Court jury against Kenmare Resources Plc, over a press release issued by that company.

In that article we stated that the press release "followed an incident in which he had sleepwalked into the room" of the company secretary during a company trip to Mozambique in May 2007.

We wish to clarify that Mr Kinsella did not sleepwalk into the room of the company secretary and we apologise to Mr Kinsella for this statement.
