Two Men Arrested In Limerick Over Amphetamine Find
Two men in their 20s have been arrested in County Limerick in connection with the seizure of a quantity of drugs by Gardaí.
Officers arrested the two men and seized the drugs during an operation in Limerick on Saturday.
During the incident, which occurred shortly after 8pm, Gardai stopped and searched a car on Ballysimon Road, in Limerick City. Officers discovered 3.5kg of Cocaine and 3kg of Amphetamine with an estimated total street value close to €300,000.
The two occupants were arrested at the scene and are still currently detained at Henry Street and Roxboro Road Garda Stations under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act 1996, under which they can be held for up to seven days.

Gardaí arrested two men, aged in their 30s, at the scene after officers uncovered 13kgs of cocaine worth an estimated €900,000 and 1.5kgs of heroin, with an estimated value of €225,000.

Man Arrested Following Drugs Find
Drugs with an estimated street value of €170,000 have been seized by gardai during a raid on a property in west Dublin. Cocaine and cannabis was found during the raid at a house in Balgaddy. A gun and ammunition were also discovered. A 37-year=old has been arrested and is being detained at Ronanstown Garda Station.

A woman has reportedly been arrested following the seizure of drugs worth more than €100,000 in Limerick. The woman, who is understood to be in her 20s, was arrested following the seizure of heroin and cocaine in the south side of the city on Wednesday afternoon. She is being held at Roxboro Road Garda Station.

Gardai are appealing for information after a man was shot in the face in Limerick on Sunday. A 21-year-old was shot at Hyde Road shortly after midnight. He was taken to the Mid-Western Regional Hospital where his injuries are described as not life threatening. A 19-year-old has bee arrested in connection with the incident.
