Brake Caliper Bleed Nipple Repair
This is a service we offer when customers have possibly rung the bleed nipple on their brake caliper. This is a common problem on old calipers.

If the caliper is left in with us we can then drill out the bleed nipple and replace with a new one.

We would offer this service when your caliper cannot be replaced at an affordable cost.

Horizontal Milling
A horizontal mill has the same sort but the cutters are mounted on a horizontal spindle (see Arbor milling) across the table. Many horizontal mills also feature a built-in rotary table that allows milling at various angles; this feature is called a universal table.

Brake Disc Machining
Brake disc machining would be completed after heavy heat to remove warping or irregularities and allow a new surface for the pads to make contact with.

We can offer this service on all types of discs from cars to commercial.

Link Engine Management Installation
PowerMax Engineering were the first installer of Link Engine Management Systems in North + South of Ireland and have been successfully installing their ECU systems since 2008.

With our history of Link ECU knowledge we have a great understanding of all the current and previous Link systems and can effectively provide installation and maintenance for all their ECU's as well as their accessories.
