Man Injured In Meath Shooting

An investigation has been launched following a shooting incident which took place in Co Meath on Thursday, 03 August.

It is believed a lone male entered the driveway of a house at Mill Close, Stamullen, and fired a number of shots at around 7pm.

The shots injured the male driver of a car.

His condition is unknown.

A full investigation has commenced, with an incident room established at Drogheda Garda Station. Gardai are appealing for witnesses, particularly people in the area prior to and immediately after the incident, who may have information or who may have noticed anything suspicious.

Investigation Launched Over Shooting Incident In Clondalkin
An investigation is underway following a shooting incident in Clondalkin, Dublin, on Monday, 02 May. A man in his 20's received gunshot wounds to his leg and arm shortly before 9pm in Shancastle Drive. The victim was taken to hospital, however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

A man remains in a critical condition in hospital following a fatal light aircraft crash near Knock Airport in Co Mayo yesterday. The man was a passenger in a small plane that crashed at Cloonamna just before 5pm.

Investigation Launched Into Shooting Incident In Co Meath
An investigation has been launched into a shooting incident in Dunboyne in the early hours of Wednesday morning. At about 04:15 two shots were discharged at a house at The Green, Dunboyne Castle, Co Meath. There were no reports of any injuries however damage was caused to the front sitting room window and door.

GSOC Launches Investigation Into Dublin Shooting
The Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission (GSOC) are appealing for witnesses to a shooting incident in Dublin. An investigation has been launched after a firearm was discharged and a man was injured in the Portobello area near the Portobello Road/Bloomfield Avenue junction at around 2am this morning, 23 August.

Man Fatally Injured In Shooting In Dublin
An investigation has been launched after a man was fatally wounded in a shooting incident in Dublin. The man, aged in his 20s, was seriously injured in the incident at the junction of Sheriff Street lower and Oriel Street. He was pronounced dead in hospital a short time later.
