Seven In Hospital Following Multi-Car Collision

Seven people have been taken to hospital following a three-car collision in Co Wicklow.

It is understood the incident happened at Windgates Road, Bray, at around 6pm on Sunday, 07 August.

Three children were taken to Our Lady's Children's Hospital Crumlin. The four adults involved were brought to Tallaght and St Vincent's Hospitals.

No further information is available.

Witness Appeal Following Death Of A Man In Co Monaghan
Gardaí have appeal for witnesses following the death of a man in County Monaghan. The body of the man, believed to be aged in his 80s, was discovered on the side of the road at Carnaveigh, Castleblaney at 4pm on Wednesday, 11 October. A blue Opel Corsa was found crashed nearby. The driver of the car, a woman in her 20s, was not injured.

Man Dies In Limerick Collision
A man has died in a crash in Co Limerick. The car veered off the road and hit a ditch at Dromsallagh at around 4.15am on Sunday, 05 June. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. A second man is currently being treated for his injuries at the University Hospital Limerick. The road has been re-opened.

Man Dies After Car Hits Wall In Co Meath
A man has died after his car collided into a wall in Co Meath. The incident happened at around 4:55pm at Clownstown on the Dunshauhlin to Navan road yesterday, 07 April. The victim, aged in his 30's, was seriously injured and taken to Navan General Hospital. However, he was later pronounced dead.

Pedestrian Killed In Co Mayo
A female pedestrian has been killed after being struck by a van while walking on a minor road at Bunnahowen, Glencastle, this morning. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene and has been removed to Mayo General Hospital for a post mortem examination. Forensic collision investigators are currently at the scene and the road has been closed.
